Bryan Mejia, a stylist at Studio A Salon, is driven by the goal of “making you look really good.” Specializing in balayage, he creates sun-kissed highlights with a free-hand painting technique. After graduating from cosmetology school, Bryan found his home at Studio A Salon, but his journey is unique. Formerly a fourth-degree black belt with 16 years of karate experience, Bryan applies the discipline he learned in martial arts to his hairstyling. His inspiration to switch careers came after a visit to a friend’s salon in Washington, where he realized how powerful a great hairstyle can make someone feel. Bryan is dedicated to continuous growth and is excited about the future as he hones his craft.
